Portable 3D Medical Imaging for Capture, Analysis, Interpretation, and Research
From 3D ultrasound images to picture archiving and communications systems (PACS) work, our portable, graphics-intensive computers can be taken anywhere 3D picture imaging applications are needed.
Capturing high-quality, 3D body and brain images and performing complicated 3D image processing and reconstruction used to require large, hard to move workstations. However, demonstrating this state-of-the-art medical imaging software on a NextDimension allows vendor representatives to easily bring the system anywhere. And even iterative reconstruction, which normally takes days, can be completed in minutes with CUDA (NVIDIA's GPU-accelerated application program).
Our powerful computers can also be used as compact, yet full featured, PACS imaging systems to capture, store, retrieve, and distribute images from the most sophisicated radiology equipment, including MRI, endoscopy, ultrasound, mammography, and computed tomography (CT) equipment.
Mobile/small footprint applications include:
- Diagnostic workstations
- PACS workstation
- Informatics tools/systems
- Pharmaceutical and laboratory data analysis systems
- Archives for digitizing previously captured images
